Chromebook Issues and Replacements

If you have a returning student who has a Chromebook that is not working or needs technical support, please email They will then communicate with you and Welch. If you can do this no later than Thursday, August 27th, we will do our best to swap the broken Chromebook for a new one on Monday, August 31st during Material Distribution.

If you returned a broken Chromebook in the Spring and did not get a replacement Chromebook, please email with this information and we will work to ensure we have a Chromebook for your student for pick up on Monday, August 31st.
