Chromebook Issues and Replacements
If you have a returning student who has a Chromebook that is not working or needs technical support, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. They will then communicate with you and Welch. If you can do this no later than Thursday, August 27th, we will do our best to swap the broken Chromebook for a new one on Monday, August 31st during Material Distribution.
If you returned a broken Chromebook in the Spring and did not get a replacement Chromebook, please email email@example.com with this information and we will work to ensure we have a Chromebook for your student for pick up on Monday, August 31st.
