Lou Malnati's


The Welch PTA and Lou Malnati's are teaming up for a fundraiser on Curriculum Night, September 14th.  It will be at the Lou Malnati's 95th St. location and will be from 4-10pm.  The PTA will receive 20% of total sales.  Please mention the fundraiser when ordering and picking up.  You can show the coupon on your mobile device or print it out at the following link. Please double check your receipt to make sure "Fundraiser" is printed on it.  Thanks for your support of the PTA!



The Welch PTA is partnering again with Charleston Wraps for this fall's fundraiser!  Packets should have been sent home last week in backpacks.  If you haven't received one we have extra packets and extra order forms in the office. Please read the Parent Letter that is enclosed inside the packet. There is also a sample of items in a display case outside the school office and in the hallway outside the gym.  There are coupons inside the packet for when students sell a certain amount of items.  For every coupon returned and signed by parents the students will receive a cool pop eyed monster and they will also be entered into a drawing for their classroom to get "Chomper," the 4 foot one eyed red monster, for the day. Don't have time to fundraise? Consider a donation to the Welch PTA! Send your donation in an envelope marked "Welch PTA Donation" to school with your student and have them turn it in to their teacher, or drop off your envelop at the Welch office. Proceeds from this fundraiser will allow the Welch PTA to continue our current PTA programs and funding throughout the year.  A few of these purchases are classroom magazines, assignment notebooks, LMC media and technology, Science Fair, classroom materials, larger school purchases like LMC furniture and playground benches, and much more. Box Tops for Education

For each box top collected, the school receives ten cents.  Check before you throw packaging out, you could be throwing away money for the school.  Simply cut out the designated box top and affix it to a collection sheet.  Here are two different sheets for you to print and use.  Please help support our school.www.boxtops4education.com·

Do you want to volunteer but don’t have all the time in the world? How about 30 minutes once or twice per year? Please join the Room Parents Celebration Program! A few times each year we organize simple, fun seasonal celebrations for our kids and their class. You get the fun of joining your kids at school and meeting other parents and students. The kids get - YOU – which means the world to them. Room Parents will organize teacher gifts and Teacher Appreciation Week activities. **Room parents are chosen by random drawing on Curriculum Night (9/14), and Room Party volunteer slots are available first come, first serve basis.
